Why can't I see any yarn in your shop?

If you can't see any yarn displayed on the homepage or under the 'Shop' tab - that's because the shop is currently sold out, updates are regular so please follow us on Instagram to be kept in the know.

When is your next update? 
Updates are Usually on a Friday and we try to keep the time at around 6pm. If however you are looking for a sweater Quantity please check the custom order page and we will have no problem having a matching batch dyed up and shipped out in less then a week.

Do you do wholesale orders?
We do, please contact us and we are happy to discuss terms with yourselves.
 

How much does postage cost?

Accurate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout but see below for starting prices.

UK - £4 for up to 5 skeins.
Europe - £4.50 for up to 2 skeins, £6 for up to 5.
Rest of world - £6 for up to 2 skeins, £11 for up to 5.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn't arrived after 15 working days (UK customers) or 25 working days (International customers) please get in touch using the contact form - Royal Mail will not classify orders as missing or lost until after the time allotted has passed.

Can I track my order? 

Unless you have paid for tracked and insured shipping, I am unable to provide you with a tracking number for your order. If you have paid for tracked and insured shipping, a tracking number will be assigned to your order at the time of fulfilment.

 

Will I have to pay fees or import tax on my order?

If you're purchasing from outside the EU, you may be liable for customs / import charges. All import fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer. For details of what charges may or may not apply, please check with your postal service
